Setting up your GP Practice:

ODS Code Search — enter your practice ODS code and click Search to auto-fill your practice details.
Address Search — alternatively, start typing your address, town or postcode to find your practice from the list.
Software System — select the clinical system your practice uses (e.g. EMIS Web, SystmOne). If it is not listed, select Other and enter the name.
Fields marked Required are required.

Use the ODS code search to save time — it will populate your practice details automatically.

Your Primary Contact details:

The primary contact is the main point of communication between your practice and Altruion.
Email — this address will receive important notifications and updates about your account.
Telephone — a direct number so our team can reach you quickly if needed.

Make sure the email address is regularly monitored — all account notifications will be sent here.

Add up to four extra email addresses that should also receive notifications related to your practice account.
