Help & Tips

Completing the Company Information section:

  • Company Name — Enter the full legal registered name of your organisation.
  • Address — Use your registered business address. This should match your company registration documents.
  • Registration Number — This is your Companies House number (UK) or equivalent national registration number.
  • VAT Number — Enter your VAT registration number if applicable. Include the country prefix (e.g. GB123456789).
Fields marked with Required are required before you can submit.

Completing the Primary Contact section:

  • Name — Enter the full name of the main person responsible for managing your Altruion account.
  • Email — This will be used to create the primary super-user login. Ensure it is a valid, regularly monitored inbox.
  • Telephone — A direct contact number in case our team needs to reach you quickly.
The primary contact will receive a verification email after registration is approved.

Completing the Additional Contacts section:

  • These email addresses will receive platform notifications such as project updates and approvals.
  • All email addresses entered here must be unique — they cannot already be registered on the platform.
  • Additional contacts are optional. You can update these later from your account settings.
Once you submit, your registration will be reviewed by the Altruion team and you will be notified by email.
